Upcoming Book!

Two years after the events in Shadows: The Beginning, Ashton and Eliza find out that they have an important role to play in the history of Shadows and Rays. They begin to answer the questions they and their friends have had the last few years, but new questions arise along with new enemies and allies. Amidst all this, Eliza and Ashton must lead a strange quest. Unfortunately, the secrets they harbor inside themselves threaten the quest and someone must step up to lead but who will that be?
Other Published Works
In November, I published my newest book, Lost Ones of the Grian Order. This book is about four different characters who must navigate their relationships with each other and their various circumstances in order to find their place in their corner of the universe. This book is available in paperback and eBook.
In September, I published the second edition of the first book I ever published, Shadows: The Beginning. This second edition fixes all the grammar issues from the first edition as well as expands on characters and plot. It is the prequel to the book that I have coming out this February, 2026. You can purchase the second edition in paperback or eBook.
My book, Why Do I Write? was published on July 1st! You can purchase it as an eBook or paperback. It is a reflective autobiography exploring various lessons I have learned in my life so far. Other Upcoming Publications
After I publish Shadows: Red Planet in February, I am hoping to publish one more book in 2026. It will either be an independent, stand-alone book or the third book in my Shadows series. Subscribe and follow me on social media to stay updated.
Writings in Progress
November and December were a wild time. I ended up writing the first draft of a romance novel in 6 weeks! I am tentatively planning on publishing it in February 2027, but that depends on many factors. Having finished it at the end of December, I decided to take a break from writing for a while. I need to, considering all the editing, formatting, and publishing that needs to happen this month and next. But I have two new story ideas loosely related to this book that I finished. Although I'm not actively writing right now, I am still mulling these two stories over in my head along with the books I already have written but just need edited. I find it to be very helpful to take a break from writing for a little bit especially after finishing a step in the writing process. I'm sure I'll be back to actively writing once my new book is out.
YouTube Vlog
I have had a hard time keeping up with everything, my blog, social media, and especially, my vlog on YouTube. I keep beating myself up over it but as I was reflecting on the year of 2025 I realized that I did meet my goal for YouTube. My goal was to start it and post 1-2 videos a month. I did that! It can be so easy to be harsh on ourselves when we feel we aren't performing at the level we want to be at or that others are at. I'm a mom working full time. It's incredible that I get all this writing, editing, formatting, publishing, social media, and blog stuff done at all. Sometimes I just don't know how any of it gets done. So, this year, I want to try to post 2-3 videos a month and have more grace with myself. Check out my year end video below!

Stories Have Power
In July, I started posting a Saturday morning comic. I have decided to keep this on hold until summer 2026 for now. With work, family, and my other author responsibilities it is too much to also be putting out comics as well.
